Description

The terrace apartment from the 1980s has been completely renovated and now shines with a subtle and modern charm. The open room concept, the high-quality Wengen parquet and the walls in an off-white tone bring spaciousness and a feel-good atmosphere to the apartment. All living and bedrooms face south. The spacious open kitchen, the Firme Eisenring, with a protruding island serves as a central meeting point and offers plenty of storage space. Custom-made carpentry paired with a dark Wenge package ensure a tidy, well-kept ambience in all rooms. In the bathrooms, the large anthracite-colored porcelain stoneware tiles, the Korian washbasins and the stainless steel fittings create a relaxed atmosphere. The new fireplace and the adjacent wall unit were clad in raw steel plates. The existing electric underfloor heating was replaced by a new underfloor heating system that is supplied with heat via an air heat pump. The heat pump offers free cooling in summer. Air conditioning was also installed. All door frames have no visible frame.
